Location. Very handy to where we had to go. Would be a good idea to have
directions as to how to get from motel to go back to flemmington rd cos
you can't turn right at the lights. We got directions from a
tradesman and then it was easy going. Can be a bit stressful for country
people who don't know melb. -

Location was ideal for our purposes. We were not met on our late arrival despite prior notice to this effect although the Manager was obviously keeping an eye out for us from his residence because he did eventually appear. I should not comment on the facilities as both 1 night stays were just that and little time was spent there. -

We went to the factory outlets, and into the centre of Melbourne With ease. Recommend for anyone that needs a stop over.

I liked almost everything and would have scored 'excellent' for
all questions except for a few minor details that let the Buckingham

The whole experience was very good and all the reception and dining room
staff were excellent, and rooms were kept spotlessly clean. Free wifi a
definite benefit although a bit erratic at times. Good location for
getting into the city as tram just around the corner at Highett.
Excellent experience would definitely return if we came again.

I only needed a room for one night and it was as I expected for the price. It was convenient and comfortable without any big fuss. For the small number of hours I used the room it was exactly what I wanted. I could catch the tram outside the door and come back the same way which was great. Did lack a dining table.
I was in single bed room. Cheapest I could get.
Awesome location - a little bit of noise as you'd expect.
The little bit of interaction I had with the staff was positive - they were very polite.

The room and location was lovely. We received a free upgrade to a one bedroom apartment with kitchenette which was very helpful. Staff were wonderful, friendly and accommodating. -

The restaurant was excellent. Service was also excellent. Staff helpful and friendly. Bed was comfortable and the aircon worked beautifully. I loved having a bathtub!! -

We had an enjoyable time. Staff great - very helpful, nothing too much trouble, room- very roomy, good size, comfortable, very clean, great quiet location, stones throw from everything. I have stayed at the Crest many, many times previously while studying at Swinburne University - a 5 minute drive from the Crest. Staff are always friendly and helpful, resturant meals.breakfast etc. very filling with a good variety and chef's will make to order. Very close to public transport including buses and Trams into the city and St. Kilda.
