Everything was Excellent.
Friendly Warm Greeting by lovely staff.
We stayed in room 60 which has a spa. Room is very large, small stove, microwave, Iron, Very comfortable bed. Just brilliant.
When we stayed it was very windy and not a bit of rubbish anywhere. Well done especially for a place this size. Salt Water Pool, Gazebo and Bbq are immaculat

Location was good, close to a couple of nice restaurants and the marina.
We had a lovely sunny room in the morning and it was clean and comfy.
Easy to book on line.
A suggestion to you is to offer guets the choice of having their towels changed daily, or not. We were only their 2 nights and would have been very happy to have kept the original towels. Saving you unnessary cleaning charges and helping the enviroment.

We enjoyed a relaxing week in a beautifully 2 bedroom apartment. (All apartments have been renovated excellent shower and very comfortable beds) Difficult to fault any aspect of our stay. The owners are very friendly and would do anything to help,(Family Business) the location is excellent close to everything. We will be back for another getaway

Kay,Peter and Michael were very friendly and helpful.We were scheduled
to stay 3 nights ,but had to extend our stay by 2 more days ,as we were
"trapped ' there due to the roads north and south being flooded
following the aftermath of Cyclone Oswald. They kept us up to date with
reports on road closures etc and local information. Excellent
accommodation for good value and wifi included at no extra cost. Henry

The welcome and the initial briefing at reception. Early check-in, not a problem. Late check-out, of course what time would suit you? The staff and management were genuinely willing to help and overall our stay at Riviera Resort was pleasant and comfortable. Would we stay there again? Of course, highly recommended.

Amazing place, really liked it there. Not in the town center (but only 5-10 minutes walk there) so it's quiet at night. Really friendly staff. Easy meet people there in the evening at the pool bar. -

The rooms are quite clean, comfortable & secure. Teena, our host was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She even offered me a lift to the airport after letting me stay for an extra hour at the hotel just so as it could coincide with my departing flight.I would stay here again without hesitation. Awesome garden area with hamics, a bbq with tables and chairs etc.
Huge guest kitchen with everything required should you wish to cook your own meals.
Everything was very clean.
Overall very reasonable for the price. -
The grounds of the hostel are just beautiful. We arrived in the evening and the late checking service was well organised.

Our stay at the Friendly Hostel was fantastic. Gary was immediately helpful and attentive when he picked me and my girlfriend up from the bus station.

Spotlessly clean units each having shared facilities. Good accessibility to esplanade and trips to Fraser Island and Whale Watching. Gary was extremely helpful in giving us advice and booking our trips for us.
