  well where do i start straight from making the booking,Tom was on the phone to me within five minutes asking me wether the room i booked was suitable absolute profesional .i told Tom what i was coming over for and he knew i was on the red eye flight and offered me to come straight to motel and drop bags off and he would endeavour about a early che... lo que la gente dice » ck in .The staff could not help me enough and especialy Tom went over and beyond the call of duty .The motel was very clean and very close to everythi - Very friendly staff who didn't mind being woken at 3am for keys and queries nor did they mind us turning up late for breakfast. Very convenient very clean very comfortable. Shame we didn't get time for pool. Short but very sweet stay.

  My husband had just been discharged from hospital with an neck injury and our stay was brief as we flew home the next day. A lovely helpful lady at the front desk couldn't do enough to help us. Any requests or needs we had in the circumstances were cheerfully and compassionately provided. The room was spotless and beautifully presented. People at reception were really friendly to us. Quite near from Brisbane airport. Excellent if you want to get up early for ur flights.

  Room was good size and bathroom nice and clean. It was quiet and handy to where we wanted to go. Magazines to read were a nice touch. Breakfasts were well priced. Staff very friendly and helpful, even leant us an umbrella when it was raining. - Absolutely loved it and have already booked again. We were very appreciative of his patience and friendly attitude! Also the state of the rooms was excellent value for money. Its walking distance to restaurants, where we had a lovely Italian meal. As we didn't leave Brisbane until after lunch the management were very obliging in allowing us to leave our cases whilst we walked to the shopping centre to fill in some time. Would definitely recommend.

  It was handy to the cruise ship terminal which was what we required. They provided a free shuttle service to the terminal which, although the distance was walkable, it was appreciated. It was very clean and comfortable though the traffic noise was constant through the night as it is near a busy intersection. Staff were very friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. Even though the motel is on the main road it is not overly noisy. Plenty of undercover parking. Motel within walking distance to the shops and cafes on Racecourse Road, and the Port.
