Price, undercover free parking, continental breakfast included, close to all city amenities, cleanliness, comfortable bed. All attempts to make for a comfortable stay has been made. Staff were friendly & helpful.

The hotel had fantastic friendly staff that went out of their way to help and make us feel welcome.
Fantastic food, rooms were clean and well kept. Room had a beautiful view. Situated in the perfect spot for shopping, going to south bank, restaurants and public transport.
Highly recommend staying there.

Amazing for the price. I was a bit nervous after reading some of the negative reviews but this place is a gem. Cheap and right in the heart of the city. The room was small but perfect for a single. Air conditioning, TV, kettle, fridge, wardrobe, iron, ensuite and quiet. I've paid twice this for a comparable room in a comparable location. No hesitation in recommending and will definitely stay here again. -
I read lots of very negative on-line reviews about this hotel; so upon arrival, I was apprehensive. But I was surprised - location was perfect for the price I pay. Service was good and my room, towel and linen were clean. I would recommend this hotel again to any solo traveller especially ones on business trips. I wouldn't recommend it to a family on long holiday trips as size of standard room is small.

The manager Barry and his wife were extremely friendly and helpful, they made me feel very welcome and assisted me with parking for my business equipment.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Its in a good location with many eating places nearby. It was a $25 taxi ride, but compared to the much higher cost of hotels closer ,that was fine. -

These apartments were in a brilliant position on the fringe of the CBD. They are immaculate and very spacious and comfortable. The staff were very obliging, helpful and genuinely courteous. We had a brilliant stay here and will definitely visit again!

It is very clean house and a old-fashioned style room. We stay one night there. A lot of foods in refrigerator even you hungry in midnight.The breakfast was outstanding.
