Very friendly and helpful owners. Great view from room and quiet and peaceful location. Very modern and clean bedrooms. Good selection for breakfast, including local speciality Mi Quang, prepared by the owner. Also offers cheap bicycle hire.

Our room was spacious and new! On our second night we had a delicious free evening meal and local wine served to us along with the other guests. It was great to socialise with the other people on their travels and also get to know the family a bit more. The location is slightly out of the centre, however you can ride a bike (free from the hotel)

we loved our stay here! we stayed in room which was very large for the two of us and made our stay very comfortable as we were able to spread out and not be stuck in one room. free use of bicycles made seeing the sites so easy and pleasant. A nice touch - one evening (our last) they invited all guests for dinner - it was a lovely meal and they were all very happy/excited to put it on for us. we would certainly recommend for others to stay here!

The owners/family were lovely. They cooked a big meal for all of the guests on Sunday 20 Oct 2013 which was delicious. It happened to be my birthday and they decorated our room and bought me a birthday cake which was so sweet. Everyone was really friendly and helpful.

The staff is very friendly and they are helpful. We could leave our luggage and take a shower after leaving the room.
The bicycles they offer are convenient to go around. The breakfast is very good and includes an English type of breakfast plus excellent fruit and tea or coffee. The air conditioning is great and we appreciated it. We didn't use the swimming pool because we stayed only a couple of days and preferred the beach but seemed ok.

Good location between the Old City and the beach, away from big hotels and noisy roads. 7 minutes ride to the beach by bycicle (30 minutes by walking), and about 10 minutes by bycicle to the city. and the town, being Hoian very interesting for its town more than for
its beach. All the 5 stars hotels are close to the beach but that's
too far from the town that is what's most special about Hoian!!! If

It is very homely, the staff is made up of a family. You really feel like they go above and beyond to make you stay perfect. We had free use of bikes to get to the beach and into Hoi an, but we also used taxis in the evening to go to Hoi an. When we booked the room we wanted to stay two nights but we stayed four nights because Coconut Homestay was a very beautiful,relaxing and great place. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful and makes you feel home. We rented his motorbike to go into Hoi An city and to the beach. You can also take the bikes. We'd definitely like to come back!
