  This is a perfect hotel for Sapa in the Winter time, the hot and cold air-conditioner is very helpful while many people suffered from Sapa cold weather. It is worth for our train ride, we arrive at about 5am on night train and take about an hour to transfer from Lao Cai train Station to hotel by shuttle bus. Hotel staffs are all very friendly and they can communicate well with Englis - The hotel located in a very well place, it is very centre but quiet becuse it is up on the hill away from the traffic, It only take 2 minutes to walk to Sapa church, market and the restaurant. Very friendly and helpful staff, room clean and very warm. Trekking option is avialble at this hotel and they arranged very nice trek for us to Lao Chai and Ta van village. Inshort, We got the best value for what we paid for.

  Brand new family run hotel with very nice, spacious, clean and quiet rooms. The room is nice decorated with local handicraft, has a balcony with amazing views of the mountains and a fireplace which we really enjoyed in the chilly evenings. Good breakfast. We booked a very nice day trip and for the following day a motorbike as well as train ticket back to Hanoi. Highly recommended, great - Extremely helpful staff, arranging tours, motorbike hire & transport back to the train station (ask for them to pick you up too as we had to wait an hour for the local minibus to be full before leaving). Gave us an extra duvet as was quite cold (visited beginning of Dec). Beautiful views from the balcony & the room was wonderful. 3minute walk to main street/restaurants. Would definitely recommend!
