First of all, the friendliness and hospitality of the hotel staff is beyond our expectation. The hotel manager, Ms Jenny is very helpful and friendly starting from communicating via emails and when we arrived. The other hotel staff Thien and Jimmy are also super helpful, nice and polite. all of our family members and friend say the same. Even my friend offered Thien a job in Jakarta ! hahaha.. but he turned it down due to family issue. Jimmy rode his motorcycle with me to find my friends who go.
all reviews » Great value for money. Room is clean and spacious (up grade for us at no extra cost). Good facilities ie. desktop PC in the room and Wifi accessibility. Staffs are friendly and great. This is the place to look for if you intend to save for your lodging. Excellant & superb.... Always willing to help. We stayed two nights, but let us keep our bags there when we went to Sa Pa and when were waiting for the night train to Denang. Gave advice on where to eat and things to do. Nice breaky. Had free wi-fi and computers in lobby & a computer in our room!. The staff were excellent and went out of their way to be helpful, storing our luggage and allowing us to have showers before we left for Sapa and Ha Long Bay. Gwen the receptionist was amazing at helping us organise our full trip! Hidden gem! Central hotel that was super cheap would def return!. The staff who were friendly, spoke good English and were willing to help with any problem that needed dealing with. -super friendly staff - many choices of breakfast - clean room - good location. Very friendly staff, great value. Staff,location. Hotel was ok for the money (definately a case of you get what you pay for). Breakfast was basic but filling. When the hotel was booked and we had to move the staff found another hotel in the same chain, booked us in, arranged a taxi to take us and ensured that the price was matched. Nothing we don't like here. All are perfect. Keep on doing the nice things to all of your hotel guests, guys! We miss you all ! till we meet again. Hard beds. Wi fi in rooms wasn't great. The window did not shut fully and the AC did not produce warm air on cold nights so they found us a electric heater. - if you stay in 5 or 6th floor :p - sometimes noisy from the crowded road. would have liked to stay longer. It needs updating. Single glazing made the room very noisy! Bathroom was very basic and not overly clean. Only stayed for two night but they had over booked so we had to move after the first night.
