Everything was perfect. Aircon, cable, nice bathroom, and large bed. Oh, and a window. I feel like I got a lot for my money. The service was more than I expected. From the airport pick-up to check-out, the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. It was a great hotel with friendly staff, cleanest room, great breakfast. They were very helpful to sent to us the most popular thing in Hanoi and booking for us the good tours. This is a good place to meet other travellers.
