Very clean and nice, we were very surprised based on the area of town. Loved that the pool was indoors and open 24hrs and our family style room-very large with the pull-out bed and crib set up. The guy at the front desk was very nice. Enjoyed the breakfast, better than most hotel breakfast.This is our new go-to hotel when we travel to Yakima, we were very pleased with our stay!. The accomodations,service and staff were superb. The staff was helpful in all aspects of the word and provided an atmosphere that was nothing short of five star. This is the model establishment for successful away trip experiences. Awesome!!!.

Thanks for having pool towels. I was impressed with the professionalism displayed while checking in. The man checking me in was very busy, but maintained a welcoming, professional, and friendly environment! I would hire him!. We loved that this hotel was located right by our Interstate Exit. We also are very appreciative for staff such as Amanda! She was very accommodating when getting us a room that met our wishes. Staff was excellent and went out of their way to help in any way. Bed was comfortable and clean, which is all that matters at the end of the day... A good sleep. Staff were very nice. The breakfast was excellent. The indoor pool & hot tub were a nice treat. In the hotels are very comfortable and quiet. The hotel has a very good breakfast. nice looking, pool nice, breakfast in morning was great. Exc. staff. Rather nice breakfast set-up. Breakfast was well stocked and enjoyable. Comfortable bed. Helpful staff Clean. Staff, Location. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. Clean and staff was friendly. That I was unable to book rooms for the following weekend. Kids yelling down the halls and in the pool. There were ants in the bathroom...other than that, the place was great!. Didn't like: *The view out of our window was a trailer park for RV's on a parking lot for residents who never left. *The first room we were offered (327, I think) smelled strongly of smoke. Maybe because it was near an exit. *The water in the tub kept going from warm to very hot to very cold. Decor was a bit dated, but i am nit picking. Pool and spa are heavily chlorinated. I couldnt last more then 5 minutes in there. I wish ozone was more mainstream around here. The room smelled really musty ~we ended up sleeping with the fan running the whole time to try and get rid of the smell. This isn't the hotel's fault, but I filled up my car with gas before retiring for the night & parked under the lights in front of the lobby door. When I got in the car in the morning, my gas had been syphoned out of my tank. There went about $40. The beds were not comfortable. The beds were hard. Get new beds. No chairs for outside smokers. Pool was not too inviting. Wish the pool was out side!. Orange juice(tasted like water). Plastic tableware, weak coffee, small breakfast room. Took 4 times to get room keys that would half way work. They were a problem all weekend and we were told they had no other room we could move too. The rooms had not been cleaned well in the corners and between the bed and wall. The pool room was not ventilated well. Very Humid. My wife & I were very disappointed that after pointing out feces/vomit 'splatter' on the bathroom wall of our room when entering, we were not offered some financial reimbursement/Best Western points. This was a disgusting experience.
