It was really great...the room was clean and the towels, toilet paper & tissue all had fancy made fans as the same quality of each item. The ice machine was close...they had shuttle service to all points in ac... The room was huge and comfortable. My fiancee and I actually misses the feel of the bed. We even recommended this hotel to my parents. Richard was an attendant who was on when we v checked in at 1:00 am. He was friendly and Pleasent! I really liked him!.
all reviews » not too far from the city. Very efficient staff. Room was very clean. a/c was working very well. Good price. Front desk staff was very helpful. Location was great and free shuttle service to casinos was a big plus. The staff was great, including the man who takes care of the pool. The location was perfect. It was close to the beach and had a shuttle. Location was the best close to everything. The value for the price! And the location. the stay was very pleasant. We Really Enjoy are stay.. Close to venue. I like how it is close to the casinos. Also, a $5 shuttle and a free shuttle. The manager Sam is a very good manager. He is a people person. Even if you did not want to go back there, you would go back there because of him. There is another guy at the front desk, short and friendly, I forgot his name. He is pleasant also. The location was not bad for the price. The hotel does have a cheap shuttle to Atlantic City 24 hours/day. Staff came right away to service a motion sensor that kept on beeping, easy to checkin&out. Hotel was central located to ac Boardwalk and downtown attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable. The area was close to Atlantic city,. Decent but some what run down. Room was comfortable. Rooms where clean. friendly staff. The location. location. price. Really I did not like nothing about my stay at the ramada it was very dark the towels and wash rags were very dengy not to mention the worse was waking up and turning on the light and finding a roach crawling in the table so if u was anybody looking for a good hotel trying to save a little money I would not stay at the ramada west. We stayed a few days and tried to tell our maid it would be ok to not change our sheets or go to any extra effort to clean our room. Unfortunately, she did not speak English and did give us the full service. Actually, although she did not speak English we were impressed by the great job she did for the duration of our stay. The pool area was maintained well and the breakfast was half decent. If you are driving in to ac, its only about a 5 minute drive. Close proximity to the casinos was nice. The hotel was also decent for the price. clean. Value. nothing, worst hotel I ever stayed. Rooms were dirty, bathrooms with human hair, very expensive..i will never stay in a ramada inn again. i would n't recommend to a friend. Nothing at all. Thay did not represent the other Ramada I have visited. Nothing. It was a little upsetting that our room did not have a refridgerator or microwave. That was the only disadvantage. My room phone couldn't call out so I had to use my cell. The bathroom smelled like urine!. staircase would need repairs. First day (Tuesday) there was 2 waffle makers. The next 2 days there was only one for about the same amount of guest. In the room we were 4 and there was only 1 pouch of reg. coffee, 1 pouch of decaf 1 tea and the worst, 1 cream and 1 sugar. The room doors were unlocked upon arrival. If I was traveling by myself, I would not have felt comfortable to enter.... They need to change the bedding and towels when stained and worn. Someone was vacuuming from 8 to 8:30 at night. Kids were running around and making noise at night. Guest smoking on a non smoking floor. No complaints really maybe more then 3 standard pillows on a king size bed. I have no complains. I did not appreciate at check-in that I was told that the Ramada did not receive your information from Bookings.com and that I did not have a reservation. I needed to show a copy of my email confirmation in order to secure at roon. The hotel did not have my reservation that I made from letsbookhotel.com back in July. I was forced to wait in the lobby causing me to miss out on planned activities which defeats the purpose of making a reservation. Room had a strong odor of cigarette smoke, staff did not clean room after the first night. Accommodations were old and not real clean. We had some issues with not having towels and wash cloths. Also, after looking at choices for free breakfast, we ate other places. The complementary breakfast was is not good. I did not like the fact that the room only had three small pillows and when ask for more they did not have any more to provide for us. I would have loved extra pillows!. Can use a serious cosmetic face-lift. Didnt like the breakfast. No frig or microwave. Breakfast was a no go. To crowded to get to begals or cereal. It was messy in the dining area.We had to go out and eat. If the food was spread apart it would have been better, but with 1 waffle maker that made a line to where other guest couldn't get to the other breakfast items. could be cleaner and needs to be updated. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. The room wasn't serviced and when we did our own cleaning we found a condem under the bed. The also offerred shuttle service to the boardwalk and beach but you had to pay for it. service. old room, poor breakfast. They stated they had wifi but could only get in certain locations. I was unable to stay up with my work. Nothing very dirty and very dengy And they have roaches. We had a great view of Atlantic City, but the exterior windows were so dirty we couldn't enjoy it. Additionally, the pool was cloudy, and slightly slimy. Seemed to us it hadn't serviced in days. Pools require constant and intense service. This one got no service for the 4 days we were there. Disgusting smell in the room, only had made service 1 out of 4 days, dirty bathroom on arrival, broken fridge, expensive shuttle ($5 per person, each way), key cards stopped working, ripped towels, rude staff, the list goes on.. I booked and paid for a king bed only to be told that only doubles were available once I arrived. Needless to say this was less than optimal for a couple. To make matters worse, the staff was rude and not helpful in finding a solution. For this reason I will never stay at this hotel again. towels were rough. Kinda run down. Rooms were dirty, bathrooms with human hair, very expensive..i will never stay in a ramada inn again. i would n't recommend to a friend. The rooms were very dirty, the hotel had a bad odor, carpets are filty, the bathroom are old and dirty. The sheets and towels were dingy. There are no non smoking sections. That hotel does not do justice to the pictures posted on the internet, it need to be taken down. My kids could even sleep proper. It was the worse experience in my life. Very disappointed and will never go back to this place.It was so dirty,our room smelled like mold.Free shuttle bus-every 2 hours.No restaurant,no bar.Lobby soooo dirty,the class door was with thousands finger prints on it.The guests were fighting on the breakfast lane.Do not make mistake,stay away from this place. DIrty cigarette-burned beedding. Place was dirty, parking was poor, staff was rude. Everything seemed disorganized. Ill never stay there again or at any other Ramada if this is what they are like. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. It was absolutely disgusting! Dirty hallways and the rooms have an odor to them. The "pool" had green algae at the bottom. Something I want to be swimming in...not! NEVER AGAIN!.
