The location was not far from Atlantic City and the boardwalk.
The owner was very pleasant to deal with.

Nothing.
We only stayed one night. When entering the room, it felt cold and not
inviting. We stayed in a double with a kitchenette. Bathrooms need
remodeling. Carpeting and flooring needs to be replaced. A total paint
job is in order using warm colors. The chairs were dirty and stained.
Some work really needs to be done on this motel as it is located in a
very convenient location to ac but I would not stay there again.all reviews »
The staff were rude,spoke to us in an awful manner. Tried to rip us off
and charge us 300 dollars for one night. The place was a dump. Wouldnt
have paid 10 dollars to stay there.
The shower room is small, and the shower head is not adjustable, so it is difficult to take shower. The smoke detector beeps in the whole night. The pillow and bed sheet look not very clean. Window Unit air conditioning is noisy. And the room is noisy too, because it is close to highway. It needs better insulation. The price for a motel in this condition is too expensive.
Poorly maintained. Dusty and dirty. Closet didn't have rack to hang
clothes and was storing old lamps and a tv. Bath curtain was grimey.
Some outlets did not work. Window looked like prison cage overlooking
forgotten demolition. A/c smelled. Bed squeaked by just sitting on
it. Walls too thin. No phone. No shampoo/conditioner. Check in was
at 5pm! Kitchenette was an old electric stove next to an expired mini
fridge that did not work. Overpriced for holiday weekend.
