  Aricelli was a wonderful desk clerk. Very helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and quiet with refrig/micro-wave and large TV in amour with lots of cable channels. Liked The Bronx Eatery right in the hotel. Great food! Continental breakfast was very good and had a variety of breakfast foods to choose from. Staff was friendly, attentive and there... what people say » was washer/dryer to use. - Overall the staff was friendly and helpful.   Doing Gorge trip, everything was right there, nice shopping at factory stores, close to entertainment and nature. - Excellent room and amenities. Good breakfast. Very handy for freeway but room at rear of hotel extremely quiet.

  Comfort, quiet, quick efficient front desk staff who went out of their way to help refrigerate food for me when my room had no refrigerator. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. - Room was clean and large. Friendly staff who were very helpful. Surrounding neighborhood seemed nice. Very comfortable bed.

  Everything...especially hot Shauna before bedtime! Cleanliness...polite helpful staff at desk, breakfast staff person greeted me with nice smile and offered to close dining room window that I was sitting next to. Room was large and clean and comfortable. Housekeeper was also cheerful and friendly.
