  The staff was very friendly and gave us information about where to find places in town. Did not try the breakfast because we woke up too late (our fault) but enjoyed a nice breakfast at cute family owned cafe down the street called Kelcy's Cafe! Plus its close to Bear Valley Springs where there is a lake and special events at certain times of the ... what people say » year..like July 4th when we went! - Our King Suite on the main floor. Easy access to our car. Nice view of the trees, seemed like a park outside our window. Easy access to complementary breakfast. Friendly staff, and very clean.

  What a great town. A very pleasant surprise. Hotel is easily accessible from the road, but the pleasing courtyard shelters you from road noise. Excellent staff, immaculate rooms. We had some very nice dinners in Telachapi also, you can't go wrong with any of the steak houses here. We also participated in their chili cook off. Visit red rock canyon state park for some beautiful rock vistas!,, - The young man working behind the front desk when we arrived around midnight on Saturday night/Sunday (9/21-22/2013) morning was very helpful and professional. The bed was EXCEPTIONALLY comfortable and everything was very clean and well organized. The rooms had inside entrances and it was quiet and smelled clean and fresh.
