Perfect location. Arrived late after day of travelling and it was easy to stay here before driving on. Pillows and sheets were comfortable. Ease of car hire to hotel. Starbucks nearby. The staff was courteous and the room was comfortable and clean. We traveled to San Francisco in the AM and this broke our trip up into smaller sections and this worked out well for us. Very convenient location inside the airport with all facilities close by. Rooms quiet, spacious and comfortable after a long flight and wait through US immigration.
all reviews » The location of this hotel is perfect. It's connected to the airport, so no shuttle rides needed to catch an early morning flight. Friendly, helpful staff also. Traveling with young children we liked the idea of having the restaurants right there. We didn't have to go outside to find a place to eat. the cleanest hotel I ever have stayed at -- very impressed. Restaurants , things to do - we enjoyed our stay and was very impressed. Location was fantastic as our flight from the UK was delayed coming in, but once we landed we were in bed within half an hour!. The service at this hotel was amazing. Everyone went out of their way to make sure our experience was wonderful. location within airport is so convenient also enjoyed our evening meal in the cafe, the food was delicious. Convenience after a v long flight it was great just to check in and go straight to bed !!. Almost everything. Very nice hotel. Convenient. People were super friendly and helpful. On arrival were told they only had rooms left with 1 double bed. We were told that there was a pull out sofa but when we got to room there were no sheets or pillows for it! Shortage of towels for a family. Nothing. Nothing. There was a strange noise every time a toilet in a nearby room flushed. This took some getting used to. The rates were a little high, but in the end worth it. Would have liked it more if it was a little closer to Busch Gardens where we spent two days. nothing. Very noisy throughout the night-despite being on a side passage other guests talking on the main corridor woke us up multiple times. Water horrendously expensive (after 10hr flight in the middle of the night I had no choice but to open the $5 bottle in the room). For the room rate breakfast should have been included and there was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room .. Wish the parking and WiFi was free. No free wifi. everytime the toliet flushed next door you could hear it. Noisy halls. I didn't like that I booked a room for 4 and they gave us a king bed with a pullout couch for 1. Finally after going down and talking to the front desk they told us all the rooms were booked. 10 minutes after being in the room someone called and said they were switching us. The observation restaurant has been closed and was a feature that made me book in the first place so I was slighty disappointed. Also we had a wrong number early call which disturbed my sleep a bit (but these are only minor issues). No free shuttle within 3 miles. there is nothing to dislike !!. Charge for wi-fi - really?. none. Mattress was too soft. There was no sleep to be had. Although the room was lovely and the bed very comfortable, we could hear the flush of every toilet in the entire hotel. Very poorly constructed hotel. Would never stay again no matter how convenient to flights. Revolving restaurant poor service, sky bar opposite reception food was appalling. However full refund given when complaints were made,. price.
