  Wonderful place in all aspects. Staff was amazing as they allowed me to bring friends in the lobby for dinner and chat. We got checked in early, a room close to the pool for the kids, and they even adjusted our rates since we are a military family. - We had a family emergency & had to check out a day early.   We stayed in a deluxe king room, the room was a good size, plenty of room. The king size bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The hotel has an excellent pet policy. They do not have a breed/weight restriction on dogs, nor does the hotel charge a pet deposit. Now that's incredible.I will definately book at this hotel again and eve... what people say » rytime I am in Tacoma. - the restaurant food was great. Liked the options for breakfast buffet or from the menu. Room was quiet (end of hall) with no noise from elevators etc. Coffee in lobby was lovely and tasted much better than in the restaurant. You might look into using other than styrofoam cups...

  Brittany went the extra mile getting me a large coffee cup a juice after 10:00 on a s undaunted morning when I really needed it . I loved the Hamptom - Great hotel, very friendly staff and a very good basic breakfast included. Great value for money

  I liked that the place looked and smell cleaned. The staff was very friendly and so helpful. I felt comfortable leaving my things in my room with housekeeping coming and going. They were trustworthy and great at their job. - They are working on renovating it. There is all new paint , new bedding and even new mattresses!   Excellent customer service from staff and very comfortable and spacious rooms at a great price. Wifi was super fast, TV was sharp and having a 12pm check out makes for a nice relaxed morning.
