  employees were very friendly, room was nice, plenty of room, clean facility. We wanted to compliment Barbara who worked in the hotel restaurant, we ate dinner there and she was working totally by herself, was the hostess, bartender and waitress. Was very pleasant the entire time and provided wonderful service even though she was over loaded. An... what people say » other customer sitting near us was quite aggravated about the slowness and yet she continued to keep her composure and was most polite to him, even th - It was perfectly located to suit my needs. And to its credit, it was very clean. I've found in the past some of these hotels catering to business travelers and shoppers tend to show some wear, but not in this case. Additionally I found the shuttle service very convenient.

  Is really close to the Sawgrass Mill Outlet so of you wanna shop that is the right place. Although the hotel does not provide shuttle to the Mall so you might get a car. The hotel is good, not a luxury. Is clean and you can have acces to the laundry if you need to wash and dry clothes, have a microwave in the room.
