I made my reservation online and apparently I made a mistake with the expiration date. This raised some concern because the card was declined. Nevertheless, the desk manager was gracious and held my reservation at the quoted rate and we were able to get the matter cleared up quickly. This Days Inn, like many, is for the budget-conscious and there aren't a lot of frills. But the facility was clean, quiet, and I appreciated the gracious, respectful desk clerk when I arrived late in the evening.

The lady at the night shift was really good and went out of their way in the morning to make sure we had a good breakfast and nice departure to our destination. The hotel served good continental breakfast, which included freshly made waffles. The breakfast area had nice country-style decoration. The area near the hotel seemed safe and was near some gas stations and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. We had booked using letsbookhotel.com and our reservation was not on file upon arrival. I had the confirmation email and showed the employee. We were then requested to provide our credit card. I know have two additional charges on my credit card directly from the hotel (so I have been charged 3 times for the one room). Called hotel and they have not returned calls to resolve the matter. The staff were excellent, as where the rooms and the breakfast. The lady at the front desk even stood and made the Waffles for everyone at breakfast - now that is customer service. Loved the decor and ultimate cleanliness of this hotel. Will stay here again amazing value for money!. Just passing through Springfield, mo. We looked on are iPhone for a reasonable price hotel. The rating of 8.6 with 10 being excellent, the online price of 49.95 plus tax and the location is what made us choose this hotel when compared to the other listings. Very friendly and accommodating staff, added ammenities in the rooms (i.e., hair dryer, refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot. The morning breakfast layout was appetizing and yummy! Again, a very friendly attendant to assist in waffle-making. This was the best motel for its price range that I have ever stayed in with clean rooms, good smell, friendly staff, comfortable stay. Room had king size bed, plenty of pillows, small sofa and desk, with clean bathroom. Very enjoyable for me. Check in, check out was less than 60 sec. This hotel has no signage off the highway and is tucked about a half mile away beside the movie theatre. We chose it based on ratings and photos off the web for local hotels in that area. Superb hotel will stay again now that we found it!. Sink and tub drains were not flowing well.....clogged up, presumably. The desk chair was somewhat wobbly and one of the coffee table legs needed repair, but small matters compared with the overall condition. Can't think of a thing. Kind of hard to get to. Alittle off the path from I-44, but worth it. The shower. No wi fi and the young woman who checked us out was half a sleep and not friendly. In fact, she was not at the front desk. I had to wait for her. When questioned as to why the Internet connection was unavailable, she was clueless. I didn't like the LOW toilet--hard to get down to and up. I was in need of a crib for our grandson. I called ahead the morning of the reservation. I was told by the front desk there was a crib in the room. Our daughter told us we should take her pack and play for him to sleep in. I told her it was not necessary because I had confirmed that a crib was in the room. When I arrived the evening shift said they don't have cribs at the facility and I was misinformed. Luckily, we had a king bed and our grandson was able to sleep with us. the pool was small. The continental breakfast didn't have many healthy options like fresh fruit or any eggs. Have stayed there 4 times and have not had any complaints. Staff treated me like a sub-level customer when they saw that I booked through letsbookhotel.com. If days Inn does not want to fill unused rooms with paying customers then they should not have an agreement with booking! The night shift gentleman was very obvious about this. The fact that I could not change my original plans promotes an unfriendly atmosphere. Again, if days inn does not want unused rooms to be rented, then they should opt out of the policy. No one at the desk when I came to check in. No one there when I tried to check out. Wasted alot of time trying to find someone. Would have liked a few more towels. Wife noticed and commented to me that some hair was in the bathroom sink when we arrived that turned her off. I told her to just wipe it out with a tissue. Overall though we were pleased with our room and stay. Breakfast is not a full breakfast Food was so,so Staff was excellent. Nothing. We felt the price could have been better. the bed was a little hard. Location was some distance off of I-44 and other major roads. No bacon nor sausage at breakfast. more protein in breakfast like yogurt or hard boiled eggs. Noisy people in the hallway woke me during the night. i didnt get up in time for breakfast. Would liked to experienced that. bad odor in hallways. the little outside pool. I was booked into a room for multiple people with a cost of $750 and I have requested a reduction to accommodate being moved to a smaller room, I am waiting to see if the reduction has been done!!!. parking.
