This resort was really well located on the lake front and near shops etc. the accommodation was a great size for myself, husband and two young children. The resort itself has a couple of pools and spas and is a great place to stay with family, we definitely hope to go back again one day! We were also lucky enough to end up being put in a 2 bed townhouse, instead of the 1 bed townhouse we booked, which with 2 young children we were stoked with!.

Kitchen had all neede equipments 4. all water activities, boats are close to the hotel 5. supermarket inxt dooet the hotel. Friendly reception which was helpfull with respect to restaurants in the area. It Was Comfortable For The Number Of People That Were In Our Party, I Liked The Hotels Privet beach. Staff were friendly. Nothing. We stayed in a town house with 2 beds. We put the 2 children in each room and decided to sleep on the mezzanine, but it was too hot. We ended up dragging the mattress down from there and putting it in the lounge, which made it much easier to sleep! It would've been nice to have a restaurant on site over summer, but with many eating venues easily located, this wasn't an issue, it just wouuld've been handy for us with the kids. The downstairs of the townhouse is dark, cold. Both bathrooms on lowest level, and if there's anyone upstairs you can hear all the squeaks and sounds from the floor above. Other than that is was great. little pricey.sauna not hot until you turn it on and then have to wait about 30 min. -Very cold when we entered the room, but the heaters proved efficient after turning them on; -breakfast with rather poor selection, but at least it was free; -ridiculously small swiming pools, though one of them was heated;. The loft I booked and saw on booking com didn't correspond with the reality and was misleading.I was so dissapointed that I decided to upgrade my roomand pay much more.The manager of the lobby did his best to satisfy us but he admitted that the picture was not from that loft.I hope it is already corrected as such things should not happen. Service for getting towels for using the pool was slow. Bathroom was on the small side. Didnt like that in our condo kitchen was upstairs. Have to walk from parking area to room. Condo wasn't on the lake, which I thought itd be closer. Staying on the first floor of the lodge we had noisy people above us walking around too much. The room we were in was painted in very dark colors and was like a dungeon on the inside. The kitchen was a plus, but the refrigerator was too small and held almost nothing. The tiny micro wave oven was useless. The room had no over head lighting. The lack of elevators in the lodge. Also, the shower value in our unit was extremely difficult to use and we had either a scalding hot shower or a very cold shower. We enjoyed out stay in Tahoe, but probably would not stay in your resort again. Room all the way at the end of corridor away from elevator with kids and all our baggage was a challenge in the super small hallways. "Watch out for that hallway light". n/a. The bed was a little hard. Wifi not to good in my room. Too expensive for the type room we are getting, no view. none. Key card was being deactivated all the time. Only thing that was very unpleasant because my room was far from the lobby. Leaving. No Internet most of the time. Close to the main road which wouldn't have been a problem if they hadn't been digging it up till the early morning. A little bit old fashioned. There might be some renevals with respect to furniture and bathroom. When I BookedThe Lodge It Said I Would Have A Lodge On The Beach With A Beach Front View, But I Had A Main Street Front View With The Traffic Noise To Go With It, The Electricity Went Out FOr A Few Hours, The Beds Were Hard And Uncomfortable. Unit was old. Noisy on the Main Street. Bathroom tiny - understatement. Couch was horrible - sunk to the floor. Seriously regretted booking us into this place for four days. Days away are precious and I completely screwed us for those four days. Even considered going elsewhere and just losing the money. And I should have done that. Everything. This resort doesn't deserve its 4-star rating. Comp shuttle never showed up to pick us up after numerous calls. Room was not cleaned.
