Clean spacious room with all the basics ie. fridge microwave desk reading chair king bed. I loved how the mirror and sink were detached from the bathroom. This worked great for when my girlfriend would get ready as I showered. Great price and value. Don't let the exterior building fool you they have a very up-to-date hotel with a pretty good breakfast. Very high end hotel esp for the low price!!! Beautiful interior design in hotel and room, workout facility, pool, traveler friendly located close to interstate, very clean and comes with microwave and fridge in room, Definitely recommend to stay here I loved it so much it is one of the few hotels that I look for when traveling!!!!!.
all reviews » I loved the room and being able to bring my dogs with me. The staff was really friendly and knew what they were doing. I liked it so much, it was the only hotel that I stayed in on the drive to Texas that I re-booked for the drive home. CLose to airport, was affordable and could park right by my door. Nice and clean and warm and comfortable. Beds were ok, not the best I've slept on, but awesome compared to other rooms I've stayed in for that price! Will stay again!. The staff was exceptional, especially Vertie. My family occupied the "dining room" a lot. It was a great spot to visit, and not annoy others. I was allowed to store a cake in the fridge, and have it handy. Virtie was so friendly and the epitome of good customer service. She went out of her way to make sure we were happy. Kudos to Virtie. It was right next door to the wedding reception we attended, so it was easy to get back to the motel. The breakfast was great !!. Large room with entrance from hall & parking lot. Good free breakfast. Pool was small but even had lift for disabled. Great room and helpful staff. parking was great and easy access. Breakfast was real good and the atmosphere good. The whole stay was comfortable. We were treated very well. The bed and especially pillows were very comfortable. Liked everything!. I can't say "I didn't like", but it was a disappointment to some of the guests, when Sunday morning the waffle iron was, either, on the fritz or just not set up. The pickings were pretty skimpy for a Sunday morning, when many were leaving and should have had a good breakfast before hitting the road. My kids ran next door. Most everything was very good, but if I had to get nit-picky, I'd have to say the hallway carpets were less than clean. Room key did not allow access from parking lot. Nothing. The bed wasn't very comfortable. Kind of worn out feeling & lumpy. not a big selection for breakfast so we went next door to heat hot foods. Had a buffet lunch next door and got sick for 24 hours!. n/a. outside of the building looks old and in rough condition. Locks on outside of doors have difficulty working. (Staff tried to assist). Strong cigarette smoke smell in hallway b. No hot tub. Money and credit card was stolen from car. vanity and toilet too low road construction on road in front of hotel. A little more to offer for breakfast one of us is a diebtic so a few items would have helped but it was okay. parking and sidewalk situation on the south side of the building. Night staff not too friendly at check in and seemed put out when we needed light bulbs in our room to see. Toilet needed a good srubbing. There was no hot tub and small small pool. Too small for older kids & adults. the pool was 3 feet deep and we were hoping to swim. Hair dryer didn't work. Our room didn't get cleaned one day. Had to go to the front desk for more towels and hair dryer that worked. Pool had a lot of hair in it. Towels at the pool were size of hand towels.
