The staff was extremely personable and made me feel right at home. They
were very kind and helpful. The location is great and there are several
restaurants that will deliver until very late--great after a long
flight. The internet was very fast and the free breakfast was just
right. The airport is literally only 5 minutes away, so I was able to
have a very relaxing stay despite the hustle and bustle that usually
surrounds trips to the airport. all reviews »
it's really near to the airport and you don't hear so much noise from airplanes. You can drink your coffee and eat something for brakfast also very early in the morning.
Was glad I could check in late and have the use of the airport shuttle to take my grandkids to airport so they could fly home. Thanks for the help.

My absolutely only complaint has to be that the door was a tad bit
broken, unless you slammed it from the outside it would not shut
(and I did not realize this the first time I left my room--
accidentally leaving it open to the world). Aside from this it was
an excellent hotel.
It's not easy to recognize if you are arriving during a dark raining night...
Décor a bit down-at-heel.
Got a smoking room but no ashtray. I was on lower level and I sleep with windows open. Couldn't do that since there were no screens on the windows. Security/ pest issue potentially.

mattress a bit hard for my liking.
The bed spread was filthy, underside was so bad I threw it out of the
room. Showed cleaning person the next morning and she agreed!! The
blanket was old and needed to be replaced. The whole place needs to
be updated.
Tell them to buy some new pillow. The worst I ever seen.
