The hotel appearance was inviting and well groomed. Staff was professional and outgoing. I would like to give Matt, front desk , a lot of credit for the work he did in getting us the room we desired. He went above and beyond! He should be recognized for his hard work! Very satisfied with his assistance!. passing thru Seattle, coming home, close to airport. Rooms always clean, friendly staff and a good breakfast. we are an elderly couple and staff always will put us in a room close to the elevator. Thanks them please for being so nice.
all reviews » Sheryl (front desk) was really helpful as there had been confusion on our leaving our car at the hotel while on our trip! She was very helpful and resolved this for us! We appreciated her very much!. The hotel was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. They served hot eggs, sausage, cereals, yogurt, and a variety of fresh fruit. I was a good experience. Front desk staff Cidric was really helpful with everything and re-commanded few places to visit upon request which were outstanding. Front desk staff was awesome -- very helpful in planning our sight-seeing and worked it out for us to check into our room several hours early. I liked the professional service; clean, comfortable rooms; access to the pool and breakfast in the morning. Room was well maintained and all aspects including breakfast was good. Free shuttle to some restaurants in the area and to the airport .. Great value and conveniently located to the airport. Staff helpful. Shuttle service from Airport. Very nice staff, good value!. convenience. Everything. Just cause it fit a need. near to the SAC airport. The fact that I booked with letsbookhotel.com and tryed to change my reservation which was unsuccessful. I called hotel talked with Stephanie who did correctly change my reservation only to find out upon check in that letsbookhotel.com had changed it back. nothing. The only possible downside to this hotel is that it is about 20 minutes from downtown Seattle. There were so many travelers going to the airport that they might need shuttles running more frequently. Breakfast room to small for so many guest ...you have to be there very early to have a stressless breakfast...some staff members are very unmotivated..waiting a half hour to refill the bread..just okay for one or two nights ... Difficult to see sign from the street. Nothing. Why in hell would Gay/Friendly be an option? At 3 am the lobby had a screaming family and lobby didn't do anything to quiet them until I called. Won't ever stay here again. breakfast is just so so.
