  Front desk staff was very accommodating and friendly. Numerous flights were cancelled in Chicago due to storms so many needed a room. The bw staff did a great job finding rooms. - the staff was most helpful and cordial.the facilities were immaculate and most comfortable, along with being very quiet.

  The matress on our bed was so comfortable that we actually asked at the front desk how we could get one for at home. The staff was super friendly and the room was fantastic. We will definitely be staying there again in the future! - We liked everything about it. Quiet for sleeping and delicious food happy staff just a wonderful two days.

  My husband and I went a vacation to Chicago with my parents and decided to stay here due to the value and proximity to Chicago. They had a full breakfast every morning. That ranged from cereal and yogurt to bisquits and gravy. We were surprised to find out that the managers provide happy hour for the guests every evening from 6:00-7:00 pm.
