Renee greeted us upon arrival and checked us in. During our stay we talked with her and she advised us on attractions and nearby restaurants. She was always very personable and treated us like we were family. Renee is what will always stand out in our remembrance about our visit to Peachtree Inn. The staff is always nice to me. I have stayed at this hotel before. They changed the name from Microtel to Peachtree Inn. That was a lil confusing to me when I was trying to find it and going off someone else's directions.
all reviews » We were traveling to Savannah, Georgia and we stopped here for the night. The hotel is very comfortable. They offer indoor pool and jacuzzi. Big rooms/ clean/ microwave and convenient located next to the highway. The price was very reasonable. The beds were great - very comfortable. Location was pretty good, right off I-95, so not too far from downtown. I thought the whole trip was awsome. The front desk ladies were very friendly and helpful. Everyone was so nice, it made the trip great. This was an overall good experience. Friendly staff, good location and the room was nice for the price. Very comfortable beds, quiet room, easy to find, convenient to restaurants, internet access in lobby. Room was very nice size and was very clean. Pool, hot tub was excellent. Close to everything!. The staff was excellent, especially the front desk ladies. Very friendly and helpful. Convenient off interstate,clean,very friendly. Would definitely stay again. clean, good facilities, whirlpool and indoor swimming pool, good breakfast. Not much, the online pictures looked very good including pictures of a wonderful breakfast. The place is old smells of cigarette smoke Two tiny bars of soap in the bathroom no shampoo no coffee. The dryer took forever and once it finished the clothes were still wet. Breakfast wasn't what was expected. Muffins and cold cereal..... Shower curtain was stained/dirty, but overall room was clean. Staff appeared skeptical when I told of stepping off ledge and taking hard fall entering pool area. She did ask if I wanted to go to hospital and check, but would not give me copy of desription that she wrote and asked me to sign. Fortunately nothing was broken and felt better after I packed on ice on bruises and scrapes. I think they should have a warning notice posted on the door about the semi-circular step down. Wish breakfast was more than just bagles....but it was good!. Could use some updates. a bit away from city center (14miles). Strange smelling room. some staff was rude others were very friendly and nice. Both at check in and check out the two ladies seemed annoyed. worn out but being remodeled. Rooms could have been cleaner. Appeared cleaned!. There are water spots on the roof from a leak. Doors slammed shut so very noisy during the night time , Locating the Hotel wasnt pleasant since it isnt PeachTree it is MiCotel on the side of the building, and breakfast was cheap and should be stopped if they dont supply more items for breakfast. old t.v sets very poor. The awful attitude the person who received me had. The breakfast. no coffee pot. Older facility that could use an update. The room smell really stuffy, and the paint around the windows was chipped and there was mold/mildew around the window. I was not please at all with the bathroom. The tub was dirty and the shower curtain had mildew all over. There were also baby roaches in the bathroom. they had also double book my room. The rooms could be really nice if they were cleaned properly and exterminated. No coffee making facilities in rooms and coffee only available in the morning, the selection of breakfasts was not great. The pool and pool area could have been cleaner and towels had to be asked for. I had a issue with room service I stated online when I was booking my room how many people would be in the room 4 people total I was there 3 days & only got towels for 2 people all 3 days & I made a special request to the people who was doing house keeping I had to go to the front desk all 3 days for this reason which simply could have been taken care by providing I had 2 small kids with me. It's close to any attractions. It's located about 20 mins from the common places of interests. No towels, bed squeaky, outdated decor. There were a few roaches running around. Rather far from city centre. Even though the name has been changed to Peachtree Suites...the rooms are in bad need of an update. The Internet name and the hotel name doesn't match. The bedding should be cleaner. The pillows need updated. Room too small.not enough on breakfast menu. Staff wasn't prepared for everything, towels not available until 5 hours after checkin. I would not stay here again and would never recommend it. Wish I had read the reviews first. The free breakfast was over exaggerated. Simple muffins, coffee, and cold cereal. No fruit or hit breakfast items, that were indicated in the online pictures. odor, cleanliness, lack of accessible electrical outlets, mattresses, noise levels in adjoining rooms. The hot tub wasnt working, I was looking forward to that to relax. And small children were jumping on the beds above us and making that noise til 10 pm. Was very mad about that. It was not easy to find - sign needs to be lite up at night - staff was not very friendly - breakfast needs improvement - add fresh fruit. unit was old and dirty. mattress was worn out and soft sides. Had To Kill Several Cockroaches In The Room. It's Cheap... So You Get What You Pay For... - Window glass broken in the room - Air freshener in the room and common areas was terrible and intense. We paid for the room but ended up not staying the night. Facility was rundown and the sheets and bedspreads had stains. There was no sign outside labeling the hotel as Peachtree, so we wasted valuable daylight hours simply trying to locate the hotel. This nixed our plans for an evening drive through old Savannah. We didn't even unpack the car, but simply continued our drive home. Part of our group got checked into rooms that were not made up and others had rooks with hairs on beds and an assortment of bugs. There weren't enough towels and trying to get more from house keeping got us a lecture. We ended up buying our own. The breakfast was nothing like imaged on the website. Nothing was hot. 2 types of cereal, bagels and some very small muffins. The price was not worth the experience. Despite the helpful front desk staff I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The name of the hotel is microtel, not peachtree inn and suites. It appeared to be a nice hotel from the internet. Our sheets had been burned by cigarettes. Our face clothes had hair ir it. Luckily, we brought our own. Lesson learned!! I will NEVER stay there again and definitely will not recommend it!. Being Charged before I saw the Room. The person working at the front desk was one of the rudest people I have encountered in a long time. When we got to the room there was a bug on the toilet seat. The linins looked as if they had not been changed.
