Staff very helpful. Concierge gave us a great restaurant recommendation and helped us decide on transportation back to the airport. Excellent location! Beds were very comfortable. The hot chocolate on a chilly evening was a nice touch. I love the stuff at the hotel, and they are super nice and friendly. I also love the location and the convenience. It is a little bit expensive though. I also love the TV set. It is so high-tech and fancy.

Reception staff could do with some refinement with communication ... However The African American tall gentleman saved our opinion of the hotel. No free wifi in the rooms. Noisy aircon, dull décor. Size of beds. Double beds in a room for 4. Little cozy. Would have been better if queen size beds. The elevators needed servicing/upgrading. They are the slowest in the world. As there is no mini bar, customers must use vending machines on each floor for soda and water. Two of these were inoperative. A minor inconvenience but something not expected from a hotel carrying the Hyatt name. WI-FI was not included. The door in between rooms!! No fridge!!!. There was nothing that I didnt like. The furniture, especially the bed in my room was run down and should have been replaced a while ago. Concierge was mediocre at best, could have stayed Ina better area. Small lobby, somewhat cold atmosphere. Staff attitude at Check-in and Check-out was unfriendly and impersonal. Average food quality and choice at breakfast Noisy housekeeping on sunday early morning Slightly expensive for the standing. Charged me triple for staying one night, and I am still trying to resolve.Some staff at restaurant rude and not enough on the menu. Also shower was dirty.
