The gal that checked us in was very helpful. We booked our hotel through letsbookhotel.com and Microtel didn't have us on the schedule. She got us right in and was very courteous. We also loved that we can leave our car there for the week and have shuttle service to the airport. Way impressed for our situation. Thanks a bunch. Our first experience with the micro room design, we thought it small, but it provided all the necessities, was clean and worked out fine. Staff was helpful, bed comfortable, a good breakfast and amazingly soundproof as none of the airport noise penetrated.
all reviews » The staff were welcoming and friendly and the hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet after two long flights. Breakfast options were plentiful, and while nothing fancy, it was definitely better than many breakfasts at hotels twice the price!. We stopped last minute from California to rest and they were able to accommodate us quickly even with our dog. It was clean, spacious, staff was very friendly, breakfast was good, and there was a very cute grassy area outside for our dog. The staff were all very nice. The price was fantastic. The room was super clean. It was very quiet. The bed was so comfy I would have tried to smuggle it out with me if not for obvious reasons lol (kidding). The office staff was very pleasant. When I arrived each time the motel was almost full and we were given an upgrade to a suite without any extra charge. The rooms were very clean and did not lack anything. Friendly staff got me checked in quickly and in less than a few minutes I was in my room. The price was great for only being in town briefly for my flight back out. Easy access from the airport and after a good breakfast, we are in a second driving on the Highway south to the National Parks! Great value for your dollars. Near airport, free shuttle, and breakfast, reasonable rate. We only needed a place to sleep before catching an early morning flight, so it was convenient. The room was fine it was a great room for the price when you get in at 8 pm and leave at 5 am there is no reason to pay high prices this is a good value. (Orange juice and milk). Actually we like a downtown location better! But the prices are higher!. Very small room (queen bed). Location was not in walking distance of eating locations. After he upgrade to room 109, I found the entry card reader hardware very loosely mounted to the door. Diligent maintenance seems to be problematic. not one thing. The check-in staff was very unfriendly. She tried to assigned us to queen rooms with one queen bed when our booking was two queen rooms with two queen beds. She gave me the rude stare when I corrected her mistake. She needs proper training before working at front desk. It's right by the highway so can be a bit loud if you. - parking limited and overcrowded - poor satellite TV signal (channels froze often). The night girlvisvavlittle rude. There seemed to be more "guests" than parking spots. There was no menu to find out what cable channels were available. Will pay to get better breakfast even though it was complimentary. There were some minor snafus with the reservation. (I extended it from 1 day to 2, ahead of time, by phone, but it didn't show up initially when I arrived, but it was supposedly fixed at that point. And at the end of the first day, we were locked out of the room because the front desk again was confused about the reservation. It was straightened out easily enough. Breakfast was only average. Tried to make a waffle and no spray so waffle stuck and ripped up trying to remove. Mostly all high carb. foods. But there was a good variety. Carpets were dirty especially in hallways and elevator. Hotel should pay a little more attention to details. Needs new carpet and paint. not enough plugs. Internet was slow and not working for a while. A bit dirty, carpets, and run down. We were told breakfast starts at 630am, too late for early flights. room could be updated. room is a little bit small. It took until 9:30pm to get the bed to our room. The hotel got the date wrong for my reservation even though the letsbookhotel.com receipt had the correct date. After two tries getting 32 rings each time until we hung up, we called letsbookhotel.com. You rep(s--two different times) even had a very long pick up time, eventually with excuses and promises of a soon arrival. Which of course didn't happen until nearly 11:00pm. Room a little small.
