  Regstration check-in was very friendly and easy. My room in the Dynasty tower was great, large, fresh non-smoking, clean, nice staff. The bed was comfortable and fresh. The Copa Bar and Grill had excellent steaks, accomodated a low carb diet, really friendly staff. Mels Diner was great, accomodated a low carb diet, really friendly staff. The Sand... what people say » s is only one block from the nosier Virginia street, and has a nice casual and mix of all type of people which makes it more real and more interesting - I always injoin staying at the Sands. I have the option of staying at WorldMark across the street but, the pool, staff, and the memories of the 60's keep us coming back each summer. Each time we meet friendly people. There are just the right amount of visitors at the pool to keep it interesting. We enjoy the bands and food available while at the pool. The Sands has the best pool in Reno and most of Vegas.

  Very nice resort, easy check in and check out kiosk, even a valet kiosk was available. The rainforest buffet for Sunday brunch was delightful, I rate it above Ceasars palace buffet in Vegas... The spa was probably the best we had been to, it was well laid out, clean and modern. We got a couples massage and spent the rest of the day on the co-ed floor by the pool and hot tub. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, we stayed in the Tuscan Tower with a view of the mountains.
