  The view that we had and every thing that we did was close. The staff was great in helping us get around. The Manager Christopher Sullivan was so great.I made a mistake on booking the room. When he found out why I was there. He gave us a upgrade plus a great deal on the room. He said That he wanted us to have a great time. This was a gift to me f... what people say » rom my Husband for being done with cancer treatment. I would come back again and stay. Thank you again Christopher. - Excellent location, no need for a car. The staff were friendly and the bar in the basement came in handy every evening for a beer (or two) before bed. Great view from bedroom window. Good location for shops, restaurants, bars, etc..... everything you expect on a city break. Would definately stay here again.

  We called to confirm the special arrangements to protect husband's asthma needs. letsbookhotel.com did not provide the notes to the lodge. They said this always occurred. The lodge did a fantastic job of taking the requested precautions I gave them directly. Also the front desk staff-ALL OF THEM WERE TOP NOTCH IN KINDNESS, helpfulness, quick, cari... what people say » ng and warm. The lodge is so lucky to have those folks as staff. They were the best I've ever met. We came back Mon. Nite and Doug Smith was especiall - The location and the lodge itself are great. They have a great view on the valley and the Columbia river. The room was very nice, comfortable, clean and in general very pleasant. We were given an upgrade since the hotel was not very full and had a really nice view. The hotel is equipped with full amenities and have a great yard for a short wak in the morning and the evening.

Close to down town sh - I'm very angry at letsbookhotel.com for giving me a room in the tower which I asked specifically not to be put in. I asked for the hotel for a special gift for my friend for her 50th bd get-together. I was so sad that what we got was a large, uninteresting room for the price I thought I was paying for the beautiful Supreme Deluxe room in the hotel that I'd asked for. Not the tower.

  Although I've been attending professional conferences in Chelan for over a decade, this is the first time I've stayed at the Lakeview Hotel. The natural light tube in the bathroom! no need to turn on any lights during the day. The communal balcony which faces the river to Lake Chelan. Great place to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. Being right in the center hub of town and walk to everything!

  The location was perfect for our lay over. Staff was prompt in airport pickup, rooms were soundproof even though you can see the airplanes from our window. Restaurant across the parking lot was great for a good late night soup and salad. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. But most of all when we rushed out half a sleep to catch our early fligh... what people say » t we left something very dear to us in the room. A call before we boarded and they immediately went up and looked for it and got it into the mail for - Hotel was quiet, beds were very comfortable. The staff was exceptional....from front desk personnel to the shuttle driver. They stored our luggage for the day and let us leave our rental car so we could take the lite rail downtown - we had checked out, but didn't leave until that evening. The shuttle driver dropped us off and picked us up from the rail.
