  The staff was great from check in to check out. Jessica at the Front Desk was quick, very knowledgeable about the area, very friendly and professional. The rooms were spotless, bed was amazingly comfortable, housekeeping was friendly and thorough. The area around the hotel has lots to offer.   The staff was very friendly and helpful, our room was very comfortable and clean with a great view.   The Spa was excellent and personnel very professional. We enjoyed the upgrade to the suite. The concierge was very helpful as was the front desk. When I had left my hat (Howard) they did find it and I was able to later pick it up. Much appreciated. Enjoyed lunch and coffee in the lobby areas.   I have stayed there before and found it to be clean, safe, and very friendly. It is also convenient to downtown. I actually was on a tour that ended in Seattle and convinced another couple to stay there also when it ended. The staff at the hotel were very accommodating and stored Fran and Mike's bags while we toured the city. I was very pleased a... what people say » nd would certainly stay there again. The lady at the check in had a beautiful smile and the bartender was extremely helpful when I wanted something to - Bed was very comfortable, quality linens and towels. Free water bottles. Quality coffee in lobby. Great shower. Nice tvs. Rick at front desk was fantastic. Upgraded us from a deluxe king to a king suite at no charge because of challenging customer service at the 1-800 line. Great location, and we were not bothered by local construction outside our window.
