  The staff, especially the manager, were out-of-this-world fantastic! Our dog was sick (in the hallway of the hotel!), and the hotel staff could not have been more gracious and kind. We were mortified and wanted to pay for damages, but they had it cleaned up and were very understanding, getting us Mapquested to the nearest emergency vet and taking ... what people say » such good care of us.   Loved the resort and its surroundings. The staff were great and worked through a major problem with a most favorable outcome. Dinner with a great entertainer capped off the evening. - I loved the location, Midway is a lovely mountain town with lots to do.

  The Canyons is a great getta way in Park City. The Farm restaurant is excellent. The Grand Summit is located right in the middle of all the activities. Great hotel. - I love having the kitchen and living area space at the Grand Summit.

  We were only there one night, so I can't comment on how much there might be to do, but our one night was very comfortable.   Great location/ scenery. We liked being outside Moab. Coffee in rooms was poor! Upgrade coffee to a local roaster and better coffee brewer. Offer this when you check in for those that like coffee. No need to put in every room in order to keep an eye on costs. Hotel lobby coffee was ok; could be better. Also felt for cost of room could offer... what people say » a Free continental breakfast, nothing hot needed except maybe oatmeal. Offer the all you eat breakfast on weekends as an option. I did not want to - Rooms were clean, quiet and very comfortable. The river view suites were outstanding with the Colorado River literally a stone's throw away and the Red Cliffs standing a 1000' feet above you seemingly guarding your private patio. The hot tub and pool was a huge plus after a long day of hiking. The breakfast buffet was a great deal at $10 per person. The lodge is a little ways out of town, but well worth the extended mileage. A beautiful place to relax and unwind. If we ever go back to the Moab

  I was unable to check in between the preferred hours of 5-9, but I called ahead and they made sure my room was ready an hour early for me. I loved that the pool and hot tub were open 24 hours, and was able to relax with friends after our event ended at midnight. The bed wasn't comfortable to me, but my friends loved theirs- the facility and room... what people say » we're clean and inviting, luxury with southwestern charm. - Beds were extremely comfortable. Rooms were large including a sitting area and private outdoor patio with chaise lounges. Room was stocked with coffee maker, coffee grinder and whole bean coffee, teas, popcorn w/popcorn maker. Nice flat screen tvs plus jacuzzi bathtubs.

  Nice set up. You could bring food into the room, which is nice for families. Well appointed. - Liked the ambiance and the beautiful scenery.
