  The staff, especially the manager, were out-of-this-world fantastic! Our dog was sick (in the hallway of the hotel!), and the hotel staff could not have been more gracious and kind. We were mortified and wanted to pay for damages, but they had it cleaned up and were very understanding, getting us Mapquested to the nearest emergency vet and taking ... what people say » such good care of us. We will always find a Kimpton Hotel in which to stay when the opportunity arises.   The room was large and clean. We loved the view of the Gallivan Center and the surroundings. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Delicious food and nice staff.   We were only there one night, so I can't comment on how much there might be to do, but our one night was very comfortable. The light rail easily brought us from the airport and the hotel was just a block from the rail stop. - The bed was very comfortable, the service was incredible (I called down for a bottle opener and they had it to my room in... what people say » three minutes!), the room was quite large.

  The staff found out that we were newlyweds so they sent up a note and fancy chocolates to our suite while we were out for the day. Really clean facilities and atmosphere and quality location! - The staff was amazing very professional and personal. Quick to resolve concers and very informative on information in the area
