  Absolutely loved the location in the hill country. The proprietors attention to detail and willingness to accommodate our needs were outstanding. It might not be called a 'bed and breakfast' but the breakfasts were fit for kings. Beautiful nature views, great star gazing, peaceful, relaxing and perfectly designed for a real get away from the hustl... what people say » e and bustle of every day. A true retreat. Highly recommend Trail's End! - We loved the view at the pool and the jet-tub. I loved the breakfast, it was a lot of food and tasty! Thank you for the books, New Testament and Constitution! God is Good! Loved all of the night lightine too!! This is totally adult friendly! Not a kid's place.

  What didn't we like!! We loved the place, Dave and Dawn and their staff were absolutely the best! We HIGHLY recommend anyone to stay here. They will not be disappointed! I forgot a very important piece of my carry kit, they notified me, and shipped it. GREAT folks! - This was our second stay at Woodrow House.   I loved the attention to my Gluten free/Sugar free eating - the breakfasts were delicious too I loved the hardwood floors and beautiful woodwork I loved the bedding I loved the yard out back and the fire pit and the star gazing Amber and Bill were personable and very helpful I loved the bicycles, but it was too cold to ride but will return I loved... what people say » the the beautiful stone building that was Buono Sera I love the jacuzzi - it was the first time I had ever used one - We loved our stay at this B&B It was very relaxing and yet within a few minutes from all the activities in Fredricksburg.
