  This hotel has an excellent shuttle service for taking guests to places nearby. It took us shopping, dinner and breakfast. It was very comfortable to use it and we saved a lot of money on taxis or renting a car. The drivers were very friendly and we just had to wait a bit when they picked us up (the longest was about 20 minutes). It was clean, and quiet. There was easy access to the freeways, 10 minutes from downtown. 15 minutes from the airport on Sunday morning at 8 am.

  Very friendly and helpful staff. Our first time in Dallas, went to football game. They helped us with taxis and restaurants. - Room was modern , well appointed and very clean. Food was good and restaurant personnel were excellent.

Then, at the time of check out a sewing kit was provided after the strap of my shirt broke.   We were going to be stranded at dfw Airport during the ice storm and decided to book a hotel room before it got so bad that we could not get a cab. We booked the Sheraton on letsbookhotel.com and we are so glad we did. The staff here has been over the top amazing, even making arrangements for us to be able to get out after the second day to go and... what people say » purchase some items and clothes since all of our luggage was still at the airport. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for excellen - The staff were professional in their jobs. They couldn't do enough to make our stay memorable. The pool was a good size with nice grounds. The hotel was very clean. The courtesy bus was a big help as we were strangers to the area.

  There was a wedding at the hotel but I didn't hear a thing! My floor was totally quiet which was important because I had to retire early to get a 5 AM flight. - As soon as desk figured out I was a Marriott member, I got a nicer room and much nicer care.
