  The staff were great! After they couldn't find our letsbookhotel.com booking in their system they were kind enough to give us an upgrade for the delay in our check-in. The room was clean & comfortable & the breakfast was nice. A bit of a distance from the popular tourist areas, however only about a 10 minute cab ride to the 6th Street area, and about 5 minutes away from South Congress.

  The seductively low prices led us to think we would be in a bog standard motel. It is much superior. The breakfasts are proper set-you-up jobs and keep you firing for hours. The staff are sweet as you like, the rooms are generous with both space and kit.   This was first stop of our trip and all was ok for our needs. It was easy to find from airport and close to our one night stay needs. It has a great concept and wonderful staff..but the rooms need more than patch repairs to raise its stsndard. didn't use the pool but there were many who did and it was lovely.   We were there for the usgp f1 race; room rates were increased, as every hotel in town did, so they got a "good" rating on value. The hotel had race themed decorations up, gave each guest a race goodie bag, offered a breakfast bag to go each morning for those not enjoying the free hot breakfast, and hosted a "happy hour" each evening. We pla - The location is central to many desired locations, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The Hotel was clean and well kept. During our stay the elevator was put out of commission by children who "crammed" into it, the staff was very helpful during this period and even discounted our stay for having to deal with the slight inconvenience without us even asking.

Breakfast was very basic continental type but adequate. There is no restaurant on site but they have contracted with several restaurants for delivery.   Location to fiesta texas. Breakfast, ladt putting out fixins stayed on top of everything making sure nothing ran out.. Front desk personnel willing to answer all questions in a nice friendlt manner. - We liked the BBQ area by the pool. It was nice to be able to grill and relax while the kids got to play in the pool
