    The staff (Marlene & others) were delightful and extremely accommodating. The "Inn," which is more like a series of villas connected together was beautifully set - perhaps 10 meters from the Beach. A wonderful, rather plentiful self-serve continental breakfast was served on the patio each morning and it allowed us to relax and take in the ocea... what people say » n views and plan the day's activities. We rented a car as Old San Juan is perhaps 5 kilometers away, but an easy drive. If you want to be just outside - The outstanding friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was refreshing. They went out of their way to offer assistance and always were accommodating. A delicious spread at breakfast was very pleasant in the outdoor garden looking onto the ocean. I had forgot my phone charger in the room and the cleaning staff turned it in; I received it when I returned to pick up my bags later in the day. Overall, I give them the highest marks in service, location and amenities. I will definitely be returning

    The hotel is in a great location, on a popular street in Old San Juan. It's beautifully restored and decorated with a Moroccan flair. There is no elevator, but that just adds to the uniqueness and authenticity of the hotel. The bed was comfortable and the bathrooms, though small were clean and thoughtfully decorated. The breakfast at the Cafe ... what people say » Americain was delicious and affordable. It was the only meal we ate there, because we wanted to explore food around the city. Ida, Cynthia, Rich and - We were there one night and thought that it was a beautiful hotel with a lot of character. In Old San Juan and close to shops and restaurants and activities. Staff and owner very friendly and helpful.--Help carry luggage upstairs and downstairs. Owner says that plans are in the works for an elevator. We would stay there again.

    This is a very nice hotel and I hope to go back next year. The staff was very nice and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. I liked having the pool right outside my door and being able to relax in it 24/7. The beach is also very close and seemed more private than the other area beaches. Margarita, the manager was very nice and made a point to... what people say » make sure we had everything we needed. The Niche (hotel's restaurant) was also very nice and Donna that works in the restaurant was very friendly and - I only stayed one night and because of circumstances it was a last minute call. From the moment I called they were helpful courteous, and from the moment I arrived I felt home. The staff was friendly and accommodating they have me a great room it was clean and cozy. It was right next to the beach and although a city beach it was very pleasant. The price was right and affordable. I would have loved to stay there longer. I recommend it.

    Staff ! Each member of the staff was courteous, helpful and engaging. Location was fantastic, just feet from beautiful beach. Dinner menu, absolutely delicious with great presentation. Did I mention the Staff ! - Helped carry luggage to 2nd floor, gated community, close to tourist activities and great restaurants, and fair distance from shopping ... what people say » mall..     I love the staff. We were greeted with fabulous coffee. The room was very authentic PR. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were beautiful. The location was superb. Right in the heart of everything and a 5 minute walk from downtown Old San Juan. My most favorite part of the hotel was the breakfast. Absolutely delicious...not at all what I exp... what people say » ected. Great coffee and tea, warm bread and home made mini glazed donuts, fresh fruit bowls and turkey slices. Topped off with wonderful OJ.

    Loved the O So Hip vibe of this place. My husband and I had some friends come visit us in the hotel while we were there and the staff was just as nice to them as they were to us. I loved the open courtyard in front of our room where we hung out and enjoyed the air. The breakfast was great and the fresh bread was to die for. The location is spot on... what people say » . Everything and everywhere is "right down the street." - My stay at this hotel was amazing! The staff was wonderful and the decor was to die for. Bewarned though there are no TV's in the rooms! I loved this fact some people may not. The hotel attendant Gabe. was super nice and not to mention pretty.
