  The staff was extremely helpful. The room I was originally supposed to stay in was not ready and they automatically upgraded us to a better room extremely quickly, neither was inexpensive but I did appreciate it. Everything is only a phone call away. - Setting, room, the palace, people, amenities available.   I liked the activities they had on Saturday. Staff is extremely friendly and try to their best ability to accommodate you.
