  If I could Have clicked excellent for every category I would have. My phone wouldn't let me scroll over. This may have been the best hotel experience I've ever had. The staff was friendly and personable right down to the cashier at the store in the lobby. The room was spacious and clean. It wasn't even a big deal but obviously - We liked everything about this hotel. From the clean, spacious room to the friendly courteous staff, the excellent food at the 2 restaurants, and the proximity to the subway. We attended the Army Navy game, and we intend to return to Philadelphia and will definitely stay at The DoubleTree by Hilton Philadelphia City Center!

Tell them to keep up the good work. - The location was fantastic - a historic, listed building at the heart of the city with excellent transportation links. Our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Hotel amenities were excellent - we particularly appreciated the Starbucks in the lobby. The staff were courteous and helpful, and early check-in which was great as we arrived a couple of hours ahead of schedule.

  Location was excellent! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Shuttle drivers to and from Sesame Place were friendly and personable! This was a perfect hotel for a family with small children. - the staff was very friendly and helpful and very kind to my children.
