  This was our first visit to New York. The location is excellent. I travelled with my three daughters and we felt safe. Easy access to subway, shopping and sight seeing.   Our contact Svetlana was extremely helpful when we needed an extra room to accommodate another guest in our party and she rearranged bookings to allow us all to be in adjacent rooms which was greatly appreciated. All the staff were courteous, friendly and helpful and our stay there was most enjoyable. - Very helpful staff, nothing was a problem.

  The location was perfect, situated perfectly in midtown - it was close to get to uptown and downtown. Subway and bike rental was 3 minutes away. Apartment was also very clean, Air conditioner worked very well for hot nyc summer weather.
