  I loved the spa-like toiletries, the Sheraton robe (which I plan to order), the service was excellent, the breakfast included on the concierge level was wonderful.   The people and facilities at Buffalo Thunder were great!!!!!! The room we had was for royalty. My husband and I would like to come back in June for his birthday. Having a casino at the hotel was also a plus. The staff was very helpful, especially the concierge.

  Frankly, when I first checked in, the room overlooked the parking lot. It was my 28 wedding anniversary trip and I felt I wanted a more "romantic" view. The young lady at the reception desk (Carolina) was not only understanding, she was fantastic! She upgraded us to a view of the mountain and the lake. The bed was the best hotel - Our experience at the Inn was exceptional. The setting in which the Inn is built and maintained is beautiful: the lake, the hills and trees, the walking trails brought a sense of contentment. The facilities are first-rate. The food is delicious and abundant--three buffets with amazing choices!?!   The location for the Balloon Fiesta was excellent. Parking was good. It was nice to have a refrigerator in the room. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. - The people were wonderful and there were such beautiful grounds to walk my dog.
