  We were initially given a room on the parking lot side. When I asked for a river view, they immediately accommodated us with no "attitude." We also dined at the restaurant and when I was served a Brandy Alexander in a martini glass I was shocked. I explained to the waiter that I thought they came in a Hurricane glass. They said they don't have... what people say » any, but somehow came up with one and there was my drink in a hurricane glass. Perfect service! - Staff was very courteous and friendly. Cozy. Very nice rooms, but may need to replace with new pillows. And the fact that as soon as we checked in, we got a call from the front desk asking if everything was OK and if we needed anything....

  Loved the extra room in the corner suite to keep our bikes and get away from the kids. Great location near the Old Market and bike trails and the zoo great hours for the pool and breakfast - We loved the view of the Old Market from our room. The room was very comfortable and quiet. Enjoyed the beautiful lobby area and the buffet breakfast.

  The staff was very friendly. My husband and I went there for our anniversary. I ended up getting sick in the middle of the night and the staff did everything in their power to help me feel better. In the morning they lengthened our check out time so that we could finish our massages.
