We were initially given a room on the parking lot side. When I asked for a river view, they immediately accommodated us with no "attitude." The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were fantastic. The on-site restaurant was very good. The highlight of the hotel was the indoor pool with slides1. The kids absolutely loved this and wanted to spend as much time in them as we could. We were absolutely blown away. -

Room was extremely clean.
Bed was perfect!
Noise from neighboring rooms wasn't an issue, although I probably had quiet neighbors.
Shower was very quiet.

Rachel at the front desk was amazingly friendly, the room was clean and
incredibly cozy. I couldn't believe how soft the sheets, blankets,
and pillows were. Neither of us wanted to leave the bed from the moment
we got in it. We didn't utilize much else, but everything was
amazing. I would have expected to pay twice the price for a hotel as
wonderful as this!
