  The staff was very helpful and courteous. Easy to engage in conversation. Nice comfy beds and clean. Any thing extra a person might need was provided. Would like to see grip bars in the bathtub and just overall freshening up.   The staff was very friendly and very kind to a family with two boys ages 4 and 6. The room was neat and clean. It was a good room for what we wanted. We didn't want a pool or anything fancy, just a place to sleep for the night. - The staff was friendly. The facility was smoke free! Our stay was very comfortable.

  The hotel is in the progress of finishing remodeling. So everything is brand new. The feature they have that we really like is the security of building. After 9pm, they lock the building from outside. So if u need to get in, you either need your room key or use the intercom to talk to front desk person. They will ask your name, room number you are... what people say » staying and double check with their check in guest. Non of other hotels have this security feature thing. We feel safe and very happy during our stay - Clean, comfortable bed, convenient location, adequate parking, adequate (if rather repetitive) breakfasts, good restaurant next door, very good value for money.

  We liked the convenience of location. My husband was a patient at Mayo and we were able to commute everyday to appointments. They offer a free shuttle to the clinic. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay again if needed. It was close to dining services. We needed an extra night and they were very accommodating to this need.
