Our room partially faced I-35 and we could not hear the traffic at all. The room was so comfortable and relaxing and the rate was outstanding. We have no negative comments at all.

Friendly staff, helpful staff. Nicely appointed room and ammenities for the price. I have stayed at -5 to +5 hotels all over the world for the last 40 years. This is the first time I was ever offered a nice snack (cookies) at check-in and, later, had the front desk staff call my room to ask if everything was okay. Wow! That is superior customer service!

There were problems with the A/C in our room and they promptly moved us to another nicer room and gave us a free breakfast voucher. -
Very nice - clean - quiet - equipped. Staff was very polite and quick to assist with things.
