  The hotel staff went above and beyond for us. While there, the May snowstorm went through and they scooped out my car as I had a spec needs child with me. They did their best to answer our questions on road reports and tried to make us as comfortable during a very stressful situation. We had special requests regarding our room and they were excellent in accommodating us. They are doing extensive remodeling and it's turning out VERY nice.   We enjoyed out stay very much! The kids loved the pool area. The castle feel was a nice touch. The breakfast was very generous and good. Everything about our stay was great.
