  Staff was friendly and helpful with reservation process. Reservation online wasn't received by hotel, but staff were still able to provide the same room and accommodations as indicated on online reservation email. Complimentary breakfast was convenient, everything was fresh. Nicely appointed room and ammenities for the price. I have stayed at -5 to +5 hotels all over the world for the last 40 years. This is the first time I was ever offered a nice snack (cookies) at check-in and, later, had the front desk staff call my room to ask if everything was okay. Wow! That is superior customer service!

  I have my Bank's Christmas party there at Chapmans which is right by Century and I booked a room there every year because it is great to have time to get ready and not have to drive just walk right over to the party. They also are great in giving me a discount for the room because of the party beening there. - We loved that the rooms are very spa... what people say » cious, and there is plenty of room for everyone. We also loved the flexibility of pulling out the extra bed, if needed, and having a small fridge available. The "Eco-Pure" toiletries were a nice addition to the usual amenities.

  The hotel is in the progress of finishing remodeling. So everything is brand new. The feature they have that we really like is the security of building. After 9pm, they lock the building from outside. So if u need to get in, you either need your room key or use the intercom to talk to front desk person. They will ask your name, room number you are... what people say » staying and double check with their check in guest. Non of other hotels have this security feature thing. We feel safe and very happy during our stay - Clean, comfortable bed, convenient location, adequate parking, adequate (if rather repetitive) breakfasts, good restaurant next door, very good value for money.

  Great restaurant attached. Comfortable, clean. We were traveling from Washington state to Virginia and needed to book that day, plus we needed to come in after 8 pm. They were able to make those accommodations. - sheets were clean and good quality.

  The room was nice and big. The breakfast was good. Lots of sport kids, they did a nice job keeping food stocked - Our room was ok. Staff was friendly and responded quickly to our requests. The breakfast was good.
