Reservation online wasn't received by hotel, but staff were still able to provide the same room and accommodations as indicated on online reservation email. Nicely appointed room and ammenities for the price. I have stayed at -5 to +5 hotels all over the world for the last 40 years. This is the first time I was ever offered a nice snack (cookies) at check-in and, later, had the front desk staff call my room to ask if everything was okay. Wow! That is superior customer service!

  The staff was very friendly and very kind to a family with two boys ages 4 and 6. The room was neat and clean. It was a good room for what we wanted. We didn't want a pool or anything fancy, just a place to sleep for the night. - The staff was friendly. The facility was smoke free! Our stay was very comfortable.

After we had received very poor customer service at the Hampton we decided to try this hotel again, now under Best Western. Dee was very welcoming and helpful. He has made good improvements.   The bed was very comfortable. The blanket was a light one, which was great. Not too warm, but perfect for us. Loved having the sink in a separate area from the toilet and shower, - A particularly friendly and helpful staff. Loved the 24 hour coffee availability.
