We booked the Travaasa Hana for one night because it was the one nice hotel available. After arrival, we decided to extend another night and that made the experience really special. The sec... what people say » ond evening, Leo Pryor and his Hawaiian trio provided live music and talking to him later provided some great perspective into the Island and Hana lif - It was all the little extras that Travaasa did that sold me! The sandalwood soap, the quality of shampoo and rinse, the soap dish and toothbrush holder. The staff were exemplary!Always going out of their way to insure we had the best care possible!

  I thought the staff were great at making the trip memorable for us. They went out of their way to accomodate us with a tour and even provided amazing videos of our snorkelling. The beds and rooms were clean and comfortable. Thanks!! - The manager and the staff are really nice and friendly, rooms and showers are clean. Everything was perfect.
