It was all the little extras that Travaasa did that sold me! The sandalwood soap, the quality of shampoo and rinse, the soap dish and toothbrush holder. The staff were exemplary!Always going out of their way to insure we had the best care possible!

The location was excellent. The facility met all of my basic needs and the staff were helpful in all respects. A treat for me was getting bottled water in my room each day! I highly recommend this hotel for average joe traveller! - Excellent value; great location, all the essentials, no frills but we weren't paying for frills.

It is the best location for view. You have the sound of the ocean, and a view that doesn't compare. The one bedroom condo we had was upgraded, very clean, fully equipped and comfortable in every way. Staff was very polite. Rooms were clean beds made bathrooms clean. Saturday night prime rib and crab buffet was excellent. Very affordable and the setting was very nice. Should I ever visit Maui again I will be sure to stay at Maui beach hotel.

dinner, etc. I also liked that Starbucks Coffee was on site. Other hotel
coffees tend to miss the mark. This is so important when you wake up and
need to get your day started! I also loved the onsite laundry facilities

The oceanview is fantastic. What you want to do is simply sitting on the balcony and looking outside, sunrise to sunset, everyday. The view is so amazing that you don't want to go anywhere else. We love to stay in old,historic hotels. We do not expect the rooms to be luxurios. This hotel is in the middle of busy Lahaina Front Street. It is close to great food and shopping. It is OLD, a litle musty, a little rustic, but to us, beautiful. It's like time-travel. We would stay there again.

owners of the property, Dela and Terry! Such wonderful people! Very
family oriented! I left there that morning with the aloha spirit because
