  The whole experience, the staff where very warm, welcoming and helpfull. - Staff were very friendly and very helpful.In a great area very accessible to the rest of new york but quieter in the evenings.Some excellent bars and restaurants in the area.

  We came to marry in nyc and sent in advance a request to be on an upper floor. We were immediately replied and we were upgraded to a corner room. Upon our arrival we were welcomed by champagne in our beautiful room, and were also given treats later on. The staff were attentive to any question, request or whim we had. Those constructions did not affec - We had an amazing stay in nyc and it had a lot to do with our stay at The Standard. The staff was so service minded and helpful 24/7! I asked for a room on a high floor and we ended up with the most amazing view which made our trip unforgettable. Even though the lobby and restaurant was under construction the experience the hotel as a whole was very satisfying. It did not bother us at all. I will recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to stay at a great hotel with service minded staff and t

  Great Wall Street location. Smooth check in by professional staff. Very relaxed atmosphere. Rooms are sharp, clean, efficient though a bit small at first glance then you stop and say, what will I do in here anyway? Eat dinner at Ulysses down the street. - The room was very nicely decorated and clean.
