  Everything!! From location, to size of room, to value for money, everything was perfect! The lobby is always full of staff and customers but the staff is very efficient and always very helpful. From Concierge to Front desk to bellboy, they are committed to their work. Bravo! I travel extensively and was at first a bit worried about staying in this... what people say » huge, busy hotel, expecting an overwhelmed staff but it was not the case and I would definitely go there again and recommend it to many! - Unparalleled view of the WTC site, including the Pools and Freedom Tower, from most rooms. Continental breakfast was very tasty. Staff were friendly, and helpful. Checkin was very quick, and checkout can be done from the room. The room, and linens were very clean. No sign of bed bugs!

  This was my second stay at this hotel in two weeks. In addition to what I've said in my first review - I would like to highlight how helpful and professional the staff are. It also didn't hurt that I was upgraded to a king suite on this stay. - The rooms are very modern, beautiful and trendy and the hotel staff is excellent!
