Even though very close to major highway, seemed pretty quiet and condusive to sleep. Easy on/ off to 75, and to Cincy.   The staff was so friendly and helpful- everyone from the house keeping to the valet to the front desk. The sleep-number bed in the executive suite was the best night sleep I have gotten in quite some time.   We went to Thunder over Louisville first time and we parked in the huge parking garage. We checked in early wich was great cause we were told by the staff that it fills up quickley for this event and we wlked straight out to to the river side and set up our chairs then went walking around checking out the city. Parking, check-in, directions to different places. We needed a little extra time in our room after our daughter ran a half-marathon and we were given those few extra minutes and not made to feel rushed. That was a good feeling. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come again.

  Everyone very helpful and friendly, right from the receptionist Freire to the Conceirgist Howard. Two very helpful people and the chef too who specially made us vegetarian food.
